Corporate and Project Finance Specialist.

What you will do:
As Corporate and Project Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
- assess, structure, negotiate and execute structured and project financing
- supervise and provide bankability of project documents and features liaising with relevant internal units and external consultants
- participate in the negotiation of financial contract
- manage working capital optimization analysis, assessing the evolution of debt and proposing relevant actions
- support Head of unit to define Group financial strategies, macro actions and sensitivities, ensuring optimization of capital structure and debt composition
- support relevant unit to maximize the utilization of subsidized financing
- support Planning and Control Unit in managing the financial planning process
Who you are:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Economics:
- At least 2-4 years finance experience on corporate level in an international business environment or consulting firm
- Ability to work with cross-functional unit and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the Spanish is considered a plus not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with particular regard to Excel and Power Point)
- Master’s Degree is considered a preferential title
